在本协议有效期内，任何一方均可以给予另一方90天的事先书面通知的方式提出适当调整购买价格（“价格指数”）的要求，前提是自本协议签订或上次根据本合同做出价格调整以来，因下列一个或多个参数发生变化而使产品的制造和/或供应费用的增幅或降幅超过正/负百分之七（±7%）：

During the term of this Agreement and by giving 90 days’ prior written notice to the other party, either party may furnish a request for an adequate adjustment of the Purchase Price (“Price Indexation”) if, and to the extent that the costs for manufacturing and/or supply with Product have experienced an increase or decrease of more than plus/minus seven(7) percent since the execution of this Agreement or since the last Price Adjustment made according to this Contract Clause as a result from a change to one or more of the following parameters:
