Intracerebrālā patogēniskuma indeksa izmeklējums (ICPI)

The ICPI has to be determined according to the following method:

ICPI ir jānosaka saskaņā ar šādu metodi:

less than 0,4 if not less than 107 EID50 are administered to each bird in the ICPI test;

mazāk nekā 0,4, ja katram putnam ICPI izmeklējuma laikā ievada vismaz 107 EID50,

less than 0,4 if not less than 107 EID50 are administrated to each bird in the ICPI test;

mazāks par 0,4, pie lielākas par 107 EID50, ir pieļaujams attiecībā uz katru putnu intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksa pārbaudē;

(i) less than 0,4 if not less than 107 EID50 are administrated to each bird in the ICPI test;

(ii) less than 0,5 if not less than 108 EID50 are administered to each bird, in the ICPI test;

ii) mazāks par 0,5, pie lielākas par 108 EID50, ir pieļaujams attiecībā uz katru putnu intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksa pārbaudē;

'Newcastle disease' means an infection of poultry caused by any avian strain of the paramyxovirus 1 with an intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) in one-day-old chicks greater than 0,7.

"Ņūkāslas slimība" nozīmē mājputnu infekciju, ko izraisa jebkurš putnu cilts paramiksovīruss 1 ar intracerebrālā patogēniskuma indeksu (ICPI), kas dienu veciem cāļiem pārsniedz 0,7.

Live attenuated Newcastle disease vaccines shall be prepared from a Newcastle disease virus strain for which the master seed has been tested and shown to have an intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) of: either

Dzīvas atšķaidītas Ņūkāslas slimības vakcīnas gatavo no Ņūkāslas vīrusa līnijas, kurai ir pārbaudītas izejas šūnas un atklātais intracerebrālā patogēniskuma indekss (ICPI) ir: vai nu

(a) live attenuated Newcastle disease vaccines shall be prepared from a Newcastle disease virus strain for which the master seed has been tested and shown to have an intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) of:

a) dzīvās novājinātās Ņūkāslas slimības vakcīnas sagatavo no Ņūkāslas slimības vīrusu celma, kura sēklas vīruss ir pārbaudīts un kura intracerebrālās patogenitātes indekss ir:

Newcastle disease vaccines shall be prepared form a Newcastle disease virus strain with an intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) in one-day-old chicks of less than 0,7 if not less than 108 EID50 are administered to each bird in the ICPI test.

Ņūkāslas slimības vakcīnas gatavo no Ņūkāslas vīrusa līnijas ar intracerebrālā patogēniskuma indeksu (ICPI) zem 0,7 dienu vecos cāļos, ja katram putnam ievadīts vismaz 108 EID50 ICPI izmeklējuma laikā.

Whereas the said criteria shall ensure that live attenuated and inactivated vaccines used in routine vaccination programmes fulfil certain requirements relating in the intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) in respect of the Newcastle disease virus strain used in the said vaccines;

tā kā minētie kritēriji nodrošina, ka dzīvās novājinātās un inaktivētās vakcīnas, kas izmantotas sistemātiskās vakcinācijas programmās, atbilst atsevišķām prasībām, kas attiecas uz intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksu (ICPI) saistībā ar Ņūkāslas slimības vīrusu celmu, ko izmanto minētajās vakcīnās;

inactivated Newcastle disease vaccines shall be prepared from a Newcastle disease virus strain for which the Master Seed has been tested and shown to have an intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) of less than 0,7 if not less than 108 EID50 are administered to each bird in the ICPI test.

inaktivētās Ņūkāslas slimības vakcīnas sagatavo no Ņūkāslas slimības vīrusu celma, kura sēklas vīruss ir pārbaudīts un kura intracerebrālās patogenitātes indekss ir mazāks par 0,7, pie lielākas par 108 EID50, pieļaujams attiecībā uz katru putnu intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksa pārbaudē.

(b) inactivated Newcastle disease vaccines shall be prepared from a Newcastle disease virus strain for which the Master Seed has been tested and shown to have an intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) of less than 0,7 if not less than 108 EID50 are administered to each bird in the ICPI test.

b) inaktivētās Ņūkāslas slimības vakcīnas sagatavo no Ņūkāslas slimības vīrusu celma, kura sēklas vīruss ir pārbaudīts un kura intracerebrālās patogenitātes indekss ir mazāks par 0,7, pie lielākas par 108 EID50, pieļaujams attiecībā uz katru putnu intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksa pārbaudē.2. pants

kaušanas laikā tai ir veikts vīrusa izolēšanas tests attiecībā uz Ņūkāslas slimību, balstoties uz izlases veidā ņemtiem kloākas nokasījumu paraugiem, kas katrā attiecīgajā saimē ņemti vismaz 60 putniem, kurā nav konstatēti putnu paramiksovīrusi ar intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksu (ICPI) augstāku par 0,4; un

has undergone at slaughter, on the basis of an at random sample of cloacal swabs of at least 60 birds of each flock concerned, a virus isolation test for Newcastle disease, carried out in an official laboratory, in which no avian paramyxoviruses with an Intracerebral Pathogenicity Index (ICPI) of more than 0,4 have been found;

pamatojoties uz kloākas nokasījumu izlases veida paraugiem no vismaz 60 putniem no katras attiecīgās saimes, kaušanas apstākļos ir izgājusi Ņūkāslas slimības vīrusa izolēšanas testu, kurš ir veikts valsts laboratorijā un kurā nav atrasti putnu paramiksovīrusi ar intracerebrālās patogenitātes indeksu (ICPI) vairāk kā 0,4;

has undergone at slaughter, on the basis of an at random sample of cloacal swabs of at least 60 birds of each flock concerned, a virus isolation test for Newcastle disease, carried out in an official laboratory, in which no avian paramyxoviruses with an Intracerebral Pathogenicity Index (ICPI) of more than 0,4 have been found;

and (b) has undergone at slaughter, on the basis of an at random sample of coactal swabs of at least 60 birds of each flock concerned, a virus isolation test for Newcastle disease, carried out in an official laboratory, in which no avian paramyxoviruses with an Intracerebral Pathogenicity Index (ICPI) of more than 0,4 have been found;
