A me pare che all' Unione europea piaccia molto il dialogo con gli USA, ed io non sono certo contrario, ma privilegiare questo dialogo con gli USA a mio avviso rischia anche di ritorcersi contro di noi quando dovremo discutere con i PVS e in particolare con gli ACP.
