Ansökan om förutfastställelse i samband med ansökan om bidragslicens.

Application for advance fixing at the time of application for a refund certificate

1. Medlemsstaterna skall utfärda en bidragslicens när ansökan lämnats in.

1. Member States shall issue refund certificates on application.

"En bidragslicens skall dock inte vara giltig efter den 31 augusti 2006".

"However, the refund certificates shall no longer be valid after 31 August 2006."

Sökanden skall ange ort och datum för ansökan om bidragslicens samt underteckna den.

Applicants must enter the place and date of application and sign the application.

1. En utfärdad bidragslicens skall berättiga till utbetalning av det produktionsbidrag som anges i licensen

1. The issue of a refund certificate shall give entitlement to payment of the production refund indicated in the certificate:

Ansökan om bidragslicens skall göras på blanketten enligt bilaga I till förordning (EG) nr 1291/2000.

The application for a refund certificate shall be made on a form as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000.

Skyldighet att för denna kvantitet ansöka om en sådan bidragslicens hos det interventionsorgan till vilket anbudet lämnades in.

1. För att den bidragslicens som avses i artikel 12 skall kunna utfärdas måste bidragslicensansökan åtföljas av en säkerhet.

1. Applications for refund certificates shall be accompanied by a security on which the issue of the refund certificate referred to in Article 12 shall be conditional.

Om inte annat sägs i bestämmelserna i artikel 20 skall ansökan om bidragslicens samt bidragslicensen upprättas enligt bilaga F.
