at its fifty-sixth session, inin its decision 2004/120, the sub-commission decided to entrust ms. françoise hampson with the preparation, without financial implications, of a working paper on the organization, the content and the outcome of the sub-commission's work under agenda item 2, taking into account commission on human rights resolution 2004/60 and the discussions that took place at the fifty-sixth session of the sub-commission and on the basis of the fullest possible consultation.
2- وقررت اللجنة الفرعية، في مقررها 2004/120، أن تعهد إلى السيدة فرانسواز هامبسون بإعداد ورقة عمل عن تنظيم أعمال اللجنة الفرعية ومحتوى هذه الأعمال وحصيلتها في إطار البند 2 من جدول الأعمال، على أن تضع في الاعتبار قرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 2004/60 والمناقشات التي جرت في الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجنة الفرعية وتستند في ذلك إلى أوسع تشاورٍ ممكن.
