if ye love me, keep my commandments.

by this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
ⲚϨⲢⲎⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲪⲀⲒ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲈⲘⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ϪⲈ ⲚⲐⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲀⲘⲀⲐⲎⲦⲎⲤ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚϢⲀⲚⲘⲈⲚⲢⲈ ⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲢⲎⲞⲨ.

as the father hath loved me, so have i loved you: continue ye in my love.

wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

but if any man love god, the same is known of him.
ⲪⲎ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲈⲢⲀⲄⲀⲠⲀⲚ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲀⲨⲤⲞⲨⲰⲚϤ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲞⲦϤ.

fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

but after that the kindness and love of god our saviour toward man appeared,
ϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲀⲤⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚϪⲈϮⲘⲈⲦⲬⲢⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ϮⲘⲈⲦⲘⲀⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲠⲈⲚⲤⲰⲦⲎⲢ.

greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

and love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
ⲤⲈⲘⲈⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲚⲒϢⲞⲢⲠ ⲘⲘⲀⲚⲢⲰⲦⲈⲂ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲒⲆⲒⲠⲚⲞⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒϢⲞⲢⲠ ⲘⲘⲀⲚϨⲈⲘⲤⲒ ϨⲒ ⲚⲒⲔⲀⲐⲈⲆⲢⲀ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲒⲤⲨⲚⲀⲄⲰⲄⲎ.

and the grace of our lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in christ jesus.
ⲀϤⲈⲢϨⲞⲨⲞ ⲀϢⲀⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲒϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲈⲚϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲀⲄⲀⲠⲎ ⲐⲎ ⲈⲦϦⲈⲚ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ.

and this i pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲠⲈϮⲦⲰⲂϨ ⲈⲐⲂⲎⲦϤ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲀⲄⲀⲠⲎ ⲈⲦⲒ ⲘⲀⲖⲖⲞⲚ ⲔⲈⲘⲀⲖⲖⲞⲚ ⲚⲦⲈⲤⲈⲢϨⲞⲨⲞ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲈⲘⲒ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲈⲤⲐⲈⲤⲒⲤ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ.

for if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲘⲈⲚⲢⲈ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲈⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲀϢ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲈⲦⲈⲚϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲔⲈ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲒⲔⲈⲢⲈϤⲈⲢⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲀⲨⲘⲈⲒ ⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲈⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ.

husbands, love your wives, even as christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

and when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲚⲦⲰⲞⲨ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲈⲐⲢⲞⲨⲦⲞⲂⲞⲨ ⲀϤⲬⲀⲨ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲠⲂ ⲚϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲚϦⲎⲦⲞⲨ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲘⲈⲚⲢⲒⲦϤ ⲚϨⲞⲨⲞ.

for the love of christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
