knc is an incident that has not been exposed to the patient. the occurrence of a patient safety incident in a hospital will have an adverse impact on the hospital, staff, and patients as service recipients. the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between basic hipkabi training and education on the incidence of near injury in the central surgical installation of dumai city hospital. this research type is quantitative with cross sectional research design.
populasi penelitian sebanyak 31 responden. sampel penelitian 31 sampel. teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. instrumen penelitian adalah kuesinoner. data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. hasil penelitian univariat didapatkan responden pernah mengikuti training basic hipkabi sebanyak 77,4%, pendidikan diploma sebanyak 90,3%, knc sebanyak 51,6%.
