اس (رات) میں ہر حکمت والے کام کا (جدا جدا) فیصلہ کر دیا جاتا ہے،

and in the night, too, celebrate his glory, in the wake of prostration.
اور رات کے ایک حصہ میں بھی اس کی تسبیح کریں اور سجدوں کے بعد بھی اس کی تسبیح کیا کریں

we have indeed revealed this (message) in the night of power:
بیشک ہم نے اس (قرآن) کو شبِ قدر میں اتارا ہے،

and we sent down from the sky water (rain) in (due) measure, and we gave it lodging in the earth, and verily, we are able to take it away.
اور آسمان سے ہم نے ٹھیک حساب کے مطابق ایک خاص مقدار میں پانی اتارا اور اس کو زمین میں ٹھیرا دیا ہم اُسے جس طرح چاہیں غائب کر سکتے ہیں
