but why should they make you a judge when the torah is with them which contains the law of god? even then they turn away. they are those who will never believe.

certainly we wrote in the psalms, after the torah: ‘indeed my righteous servants shall inherit the earth.’
நிச்சயமாக நாம் ஜபூர் வேதத்தில், (முந்திய வேதத்தைப் பற்றி) நினைவூட்டிய பின்; "நிச்சயமாக பூமியை (ஸாலிஹான) என்னுடைய நல்லடியார்கள் வாரிசாக அடைவார்கள் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறோம்.

ask the people of the book, "why do you argue about abraham? the torah and gospel were revealed only after him. why do you not understand?

i come to fulfill [the prediction] of the torah which preceded me and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you and i come to you with a sign from your lord. so fear god and obey me.

(it was said to his son): "o yahya (john)! hold fast the scripture [the taurat (torah)]." and we gave him wisdom while yet a child.
