แล้วเราได้กล่าวว่า “โอ้อาดัมเอ๋ย ! แท้จริงนี่คือศัตรูของเจ้าและของภริยาของเจ้า ดังนั้นอย่าให้มันทำให้เจ้าทั้งสองออกจากสวนสวรรค์ แล้วเจ้าจะได้รับความลำบาก”

จงกล่าวเถิดมุฮัมมัด โอ้หมู่ชนของฉันเอ๋ย! จงทำงานตามสภาพของพวกท่าน แท้จริงฉันก็เป็นผู้ทำงาน แล้วพวกท่านจะได้รู้

after the matter has been finally decided satan will say: "surely whatever allah promised you was true; as for me, i went back on the promise i made to you. i had no power over you except that i called you to my way and you responded to me. so, do not blame me but blame yourselves. here, neither i can come to your rescue, nor can you come to mine. i disavow your former act of associating me in the past with allah. a grievous chastisement inevitably lies ahead for such wrong-doers."
และชัยฎอนได้กล่าวเมื่อการงานได้ถูกตัดสินแล้วว่า “แท้จริงอัลลอฮได้ทรงสัญญาพวกท่านซึ่งเป็นสัญญาแห่งความจริง และฉันได้สัญญาพวกท่านแล้วฉันได้บิดพลิ้วพวกท่าน ฉันไม่มีอำนาจใดๆ เหนือพวกท่าน นอกจากฉันได้เรียกร้องพวกท่าน แล้วพวกท่านก็ตอบสนองฉัน ดังนั้นพวกท่านอย่าได้ประณามฉัน แต่ทว่าจงประณามตัวพวกท่านเอง ฉันไม่อาจร้องทุกข์แทนพวกท่านได้ และพวกท่านก็ไม่อาจ ร้องทุกข์แทนฉัน (จากการลงโทษของอัลลอฮ) ได้ แท้จริงฉันได้ปฏิเสธต่อสิ่งที่พวกท่านตั้งฉันให้เป็นภาคี (กับอัลลอฮ) แต่ก่อนนี้ แท้จริงบรรดาผู้อธรรมนั้น สำหรับพวกเขาคือการลงโทษอย่างเจ็บปวด”
