agli inizi di settembre,circa 3mesi fa,tornata da una vacanza che avrebbe dovuto rigenerarmi,sono caduta nuovamente in crisi..ma questa volta posso garantire che questa è stata la peggiore che abbia avuto da quando sono stata operata..forse perchè qualcosa in me si stava muovendo..dentro di me sentivo che l'aiuto delle persone a cui voglio bene non mi bastava più e che io da sola non sarei stata capace di superare quel momento in cui ho pensato di fare di tutto,tranne quello che di vivere.così ho deciso di rivolgermi a una persona competente e ho trovato una psicologa che mi ha aiutato a capire gli aspetti più profondi di me che sono affiorati dopo questa esperienza sconvolgente.
but i noticed that i was always at the starting point and that there was still something keeping me still and preventing me from walking alone. in early september, about 3 months ago, back from a vacation that was supposed to make me feel better, i fell into crisis again and i can assure you that this was the worst one i’ve had since i had been operated. maybe because something was moving inside of me: i felt that the help of my loved ones wasn’t enough anymore and that i would have never been able to overcome that moment alone since i was thinking about everything except living. so i decided to ask for help to a competent person and i found a therapist who helped me to understand deeper aspects of myself that have surfaced after this shocking experience.
