-may refuse to grant national type-approval in respect of a type of vehicle of which the rear-view mirrors do not comply with the provisions of this Directive;

indien de achteruitkijkspiegels van dit type voertuig of van deze voertuigen in overeenstemming zijn met de voorschriften van deze richtlijn.

Overwegende dat de technische voorschriften waaraan motorvoertuigen krachtens de nationale wetgevingen moeten voldoen, onder andere betrekking hebben op de achteruitkijkspiegels;

Whereas the technical requirements which motor vehicles must satisfy pursuant to national laws relate, inter alia, to their rear-view mirrors;

Overwegende dat de technische voorschriften waaraan trekkers krachtens de nationale wetgevingen moeten voldoen, onder andere betrekking hebben op de achteruitkijkspiegels;

Whereas the technical requirements with which tractors must comply pursuant to national laws relate, inter alia, to rear-view mirrors;

b) -voor een type achteruitkijkspiegel, de EEG-goedkeuring of de nationale goedkeuring niet weigeren indien deze achteruitkijkspiegels voldoen aan de voorschriften van deze richtlijn,
