4.15 الإرسال و النقل

Procedures shall be in place to ensure that the management of dispatch and of the vehicles and containers used for transporting products from the site do not present a risk to the safety or quality of the products.

يجب وجود الإجراءات لضمان أن تكون إدارة الارسال و المَرْكبات و الحاويات المستخدمة لنقل المنتجات من الموقع لا تشكل خطراً على سلامة أو جودة المنتجات.

There shall be a clear record of dispatch and receipt of goods and materials demonstrating that sufficient checks have been completed during the transfer of goods.

يجب أن يكون هناك سجل واضح لإرسال و استلام البضائع و المواد يثبت استكمال الفحوص الكافية خلال نقل البضائع.

All vehicles or containers used for the dispatch of products shall be inspected prior to loading to ensure that they are fit for purpose.

كما يجب تفتيش جميع المركبات أو الحاويات المستخدمة لإرسال المنتجات قبل التحميل لضمان مناسبتها للغرض.

(e) To continue to dispatch visiting missions to the Non-Self-Governing Territories in accordance with relevant resolutions on decolonization, including resolutions on specific Territories;

(هـ) مواصلة إيفاد بعثات زائرة إلى الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي وفقا للقرارات ذات الصلة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار، بما فيها القرارات المتعلقة بأقاليم محددة؛

(d) Where economic sanctions have had severe effects on third States, the Security Council is able to request the Secretary-General to consider appointing a special representative or dispatching, as necessary, fact-finding missions on the ground to undertake necessary assessments and to identify, as appropriate, possible ways of assistance;

(د) أن يتسنى لمجلس الأمن طلب الأمين العام، عندما يكون للجزاءات الاقتصادية تأثير شديد على دول ثالثة، بأن ينظر في تعيين ممثل خاص أو يوفد، إذا لزم الأمر، بعثات لتقصي الحقائق ميدانيا لتضع ما يلزم من تقييمات ولتحدد السبل المحتملة لتقديم المساعدة، إذا اقتضى الأمر؛
