(8) The use of the micro-organism preparation Bacillus licheniformis DSM 5749 and Bacillus subtilis DSM 5750 was provisionally authorised, for the first time, for turkeys for fattening by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2437/2000 [4] and for calves by Commission Regulation (EC) No 418/2001 [5]. New data were submitted in support of an application for authorisation without time limit of that micro-organism preparation. The assessment shows that the conditions laid down in Article 3a of Directive 70/524/EEC for such authorisation are satisfied. Accordingly, the use of that micro-organism preparation, as specified in Annex III, should be authorised without a time limit.

(8) L'usage de la préparation de Bacillus licheniformis DSM 5749 et de Bacillus subtilis DSM 5750, appartenant au groupe des micro-organismes, a été autorisé pour la première fois, à titre provisoire, pour les dindons d'engraissement par le règlement (CE) no 2437/2000 de la Commission [4] et pour les veaux par le règlement (CE) no 418/2001 de la Commission [5]. De nouvelles données ont été fournies à l'appui d'une demande d'autorisation sans limitation dans le temps de ladite préparation appartenant au groupe des micro-organismes. Il ressort de l'examen de cette demande que les conditions fixées à l'article 3 A de la directive 70/524/CEE pour une telle autorisation sont remplies. Il convient dès lors d'autoriser sans limitation dans le temps l'usage de ladite préparation appartenant au groupe des micro-organismes, tel qu'il est prévu à l'annexe III.
