By request of 2 August 2005, Marex Petroleum Corporation (dba Marex, Inc.), a company with registered offices at 11711 Memorial Drive, Suite 258, Texas 77024 Houston (United States), and Etablissements Maurel Prom, a company with registered offices at 12, rue Volney, 75002 Paris (France), applied for an extension of the exclusive licence to prospect for liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons designated the "Lavignolle licence" in an area of approximately 71 km2 covering part of the department of Gironde.

A 2005. augusztus 2-i kérelmükben a Marex Petroleum Corporation (dba Marex, Inc., székhelye: 11711 Memorial Drive, Suite 258, Texas 77024 Houston, Amerikai Egyesült Államok) és az Etablissements Maurel%amp% Prom (székhelye: 12, rue Volney, 75002 Párizs, Franciaország) társaságok a folyékony vagy gáz-halmazállapotú szénhidrogének kutatására vonatkozó kizárólagos engedély, az ún. On 2 August 2001 the Moroccan authorities sent the Commission a request for the approval of checking operations performed by the Etablissement Autonome de Contrôle et de Coordination des Exportations (EACCE) under the responsibility of the Minister for Agriculture, Rural Development, Water and Forests.

(19) The procedures for applying the reduction varied according to whether the contributions were paid to the ENIM (Etablissement National des Invalides de la Marine) or the MSA (Mutualité Sociale Agricole).

This states that the EACCE has the necessary staff, equipment and facilities to carry out checks, that it uses methods equivalent to those referred to in Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 1148/2001 and that the fresh fruit and vegetables exported from Morocco to the Community meet the Community marketing standards.
