The joint undertaking accepted from Dnepropetrovsk Tube Works, Nikopol Pivdennotrubny Works (transferred later to Nikopolsky Seamless Tube Plant, "Niko Tube") and Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (NTRP) is hereby withdrawn.

Ar šo atceļ kopīgās saistības, ko pieņēmuši Dnepropetrovsk Tube Works, Nikopol Pivdennotrubny Works (vēlāk pārdēvēts par Nikopolsky Seamless Tube Plant, "Niko Tube") un Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (NTRP).

(51) Since the level of cooperation was high (more than 80% of the exports of the product concerned from Ukraine to the Community), the residual margin was set at the same level as the one established for the cooperating exporting producers OJSC Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (NTRP) and CJSC Nikopolsky seamless tubes plant "Nikotube", namely 97,3%.

(51) Tā kā sadarbības līmenis bija augsts (vairāk kā 80% attiecīgā ražojuma eksporta no Ukrainas uz Kopienu), robežas starpība tika noteikta tādā pašā līmenī, kā sadarbībā iesaistītajiem ražotājiem eksportētājiem OJSC Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (NTRP) un CJSC Nikopolsky seamless tubes plant"Nikotube", proti, 97,3%.

In parallel, by Decision 2000/137/EC(4), the Commission accepted a joint price undertaking up to a certain volume threshold incorporating measures aimed at monitoring the undertaking from three Ukrainian exporting producers, Dnepropetrovsk Tube Works ("DTW"), Nikopol Pivdennotrubny Works (transferred later to Nikopolsky Seamless Tube Plant, "Niko Tube"(5)) and Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant ("NTRP").

Tajā pašā laikā ar Lēmumu 2000/137/EK[4] Komisija apstiprināja kopīgās cenu saistības līdz zināmam apjomam, iekļaujot pasākumus, kas paredzēti triju Ukrainas ražotāju eksportētāju - Dnepropetrovsk Tube Works ("DTW"), NikopolPivdennotrubnyWorks (kas vēlāk pārveidota par NikopolskySeamlessTubePlant, "NikoTube" [5]) un NizhnedneprovskyTubeRollingPlant ("NTRP") - saistību uzraudzībai.

(138) Subsequent to the disclosure of the essential facts and considerations, on the basis of which it was concluded that the level of the existing anti-dumping margin should be amended, the Ukrainian companies OJSC Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (NTRP), CJSC Nikopolsky seamless tubes plant "Nikotube" and their related trader/holding company "Interpipe" offered a joint undertaking in accordance with Article 8(1) of the basic Regulation.

(138) Pēc tam, kad tika atklāti būtiskie fakti un apsvērumi, uz kuru pamata tika secināts, ka esošā antidempinga starpība ir jāgroza, Ukrainas uzņēmumi Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (NRTP), CJSC Nikopolsky seamless tubes plant"Nikotube" un ar tiem saistītais tirdzniecības/holdinga uzņēmums "Interpipe" iesniedza apvienotu saistību saskaņā ar pamatregulas 8. panta 1. punktu.
