The table in Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 is amended as follows:

08061010 -Csemege szőlő Az étkezési (csemege) szőlő mind küllemében, mind csomagolásában különbözik a borszőlőtől. Míg a csemege szőlőt gyakran dobozokba, kartonba, tálcákra, rekeszekbe vagy kis, lezárt kosárba csomagolják, a borszőlő nagy kosárban, nyitott ládában vagy dézsában érkezik, szorosan rakva, összenyomva vagy félig összepréselve. -

08061010 -Table grapes Table grapes generally differ from wine grapes in both appearance and type of packaging. Whereas table grapes are most often presented in boxes, cartons, trays, crates or small sealed panniers, wine grapes are presented either in large baskets, open packing cases or in tubs in which the grapes are often tightly packed, crushed or semi-pressed. -

mivel a vám- és statisztikai nómenklatúráról, valamint a közös vámtarifáról szóló 2658/87/EGK tanácsi rendelet[3] I. és II. mellékletének módosításáról szóló, 1994. december 20-i 3115/94/EK bizottsági rendelet módosításokról rendelkezik a 0709 10 KN-kód alá tartozó articsóka, a 0805 10 KN-kód alá tartozó narancs, a 0805 30 KN-kód alá tartozó citrom, a 0806 10 KN-kód alá tartozó csemege szőlő, a 0808 10 KN-kód alá tartozó alma, a 0809 10 KN-kód alá tartozó kajszibarack, a 0809 30 KN-kód alá tartozó őszibarack, valamint a 0813 50 KN-kód alá tartozó diókeverék tekintetében;

Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 3115/94 of 20 December 1994 amending Annexes I and II to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (3) provides for amendments in respect of globe artichokes falling within CN code 0709 10, oranges falling within CN code 0805 10, lemons falling within CN code 0805 30, table grapes falling within CN code 0806 10, apples falling within CN code 0808 10, apricots falling within CN code 0809 10, peaches falling within CN code 0809 30 and mixtures of nuts falling within CN code 0813 50;
