Quanto agli effetti sulla fiscalità degli investimenti in fondi comuni immobiliari, la detenzione di quote di fondi italiani da parte di un soggetto lussemburghese esclude che i proventi derivanti da tali partecipazioni siano soggette a tassazione al 33%.

Le imposte differite si riferiscono per 814 migliaia di euro all’utilizzo dei crediti per imposte anticipate rilevate nell’esercizio chiuso al 31.12.2004 e relative a perdite riportabili e per 349 migliaia di euro alla fiscalità relativa alla quota di plusvalenza rilevata nell’esercizio 2003 e rateizzata ai fini fiscali.
