Overwegende dat moet worden bepaald dat bereide hop die is verkregen uit in niet bereide toestand gecertificeerde hop, slechts kan worden gecertificeerd, indien de bereiding in een gesloten bewerkingscircuit heeft plaatsgevonden; dat het evenwel wenselijk is de op de bereiding volgende certificeringsprocedure te vereenvoudigen, indien de hop in een certificeringshal of -pakhuis wordt bereid;
