Without prejudice to the different reductions provided for in the Community rules, the aid shall be paid in full to the olive growers.

2. The aid shall be granted to olive growers established in the Member States. For the purposes of this Regulation an olive grower shall be any grower of olives which are used to produce oil.

Whereas, in order to ensure that there are funds to cover the cost of establishing the register of olive cultivation in Greece, the amount of production aid paid to Greek olive growers to be withheld, and the period over which this should be done, should be laid down,

In addition, as soon as the information concerned is available, mills must issue olive growers with certificates as provided for in Article 12(1) and must comply with the inspection conditions laid down by the Member State.
