23) L'esercizio sociale si chiude al 31 dicembre di ogni anno.

L'esercizio sociale si chiude al 31 (trentuno) dicembre di ogni anno.

The fiscal year shall end on December 31 (thirty-first) of each year.

Tale termine è prorogabile sino a centottanta giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio sociale, quando ricorrano le condizioni di legge.

Whenever the circumstances so require, ordinary meetings may be convened between 120 and 180 days from the closing of the fiscal year.
