17) II Consiglio sì raduna, anche in luogo diverso dalla sede sociale, tutte le volte che il Presidente lo giudica necessario o quando ne è fatta domanda scritta da uno dei suoi membri.

All'articolo 14 è stato aggiunto il richiamo ad altri mezzi di telecomunicazione, oltre a quelli già previsti per potere utilizzare i futuri ritrovati della tecnica per le riunioni del Consiglio di amministrazione.
