-il decreto n. 2041901/16.5.1989 e i decreti successivi nell'elenco di cui sopra contemplano aiuti per nomoi diversi da Rodopi, Evros e Xanthi; in questa fase non è possibile stabilire se il dispositivo di intervento ivi previsti sia un'estensione di quello applicato ai tre nomoi citati o costituisca un dispositivo a sé stante; in ogni caso, le informazioni disponibili non permettono di stabilire se sia stata rispettata la normativa applicabile in materia di aiuti di Stato (aiuti a finalità regionale o regola de minimis).
