Iki 1989 m. imigracijos į Lenkiją buvo labai ribotas dėl politinių priežasčių, visiškai priešingai, kad emigracija. Pokytis įvyko 1989 m., dėl įvairių priežasčių. Svarbiausia buvo panaikinti susiaurėjimai judėjimo Rytų Europoje. Atvirų sienų skatinamos labai paplitusios tarpvalstybinės prekybos mainus, įskaitant smulkių prekių, taip pat kontrabandai alkoholinius gėrimus ir cigaretes. Visų pirma, pokyčiai taip pat padarė pirmą įplaukos prieglobsčio prašytojai. Jie ne, tačiau ateina į Lenkiją iš savo valią. Jie buvo arba siunčiamas atgal į Vakarų Europos šalis, pasinaudodama rečiojo saugios šalies idėja, ar atsisakyta kontrabandininkams. Kita vertus, nelegalių darbuotojų skaičius taip pat augo. Iš 1990-ųjų pabaigoje, situacija stabilizavosi ir Lenkija tapo trijų tipų imigrantus kodas: prieglobsčio prašytojų, ekonominių migrantų ir persikėlėliai.

Before 1989 immigration to Poland was very limited for political reasons, quite the opposite to emigration. The change occurred in 1989, for various reasons. The most important was lifting of the constrictions to movement in Eastern Europe. The open borders encouraged a vastly spread cross-border trade exchanges, including petty trade as well as smuggling of liquor and cigarettes. Most notably, the changes also caused the first inflow of asylum seekers. They did not, however, come to Poland from their own will. They were either sent back by the Western European countries exercising the idea of the “third safe country”, or abandoned by the smugglers. On the other hand, the number of undocumented workers also grew. Poland did not have a visa regime with the Eastern European countries until September 2003 and this fact facilitated the flows. In the late 1990’s, the situation was stabilized and Poland became a destination for three types of immigrants: asylum seekers, economic migrants and repatriates.

While authorising a taxable person to treat a building as forming, in its entirety, part of the assets of his business, and thus to deduct input VAT on all the construction costs, by taxing the private use by the taxable person of a dwelling in that building may have the result, as the German Government maintains, that there will be untaxed end use, because the adjustment period provided for in Article 20(2) of the Sixth Directive is likely to correct to a limited extent only the deduction of input tax made when the building was constructed, that is a consequence of a deliberate choice on the part of the Community legislature and cannot have the effect of requiring that another article of the directive be given a broad interpretation.

Teisės aktuose ir fondo taisyklėse turi būti numatyta atlyginimas ir išlaidos, kurių gali pareikalauti valdymo įmonė iš patikėjimo fondo, bei tokio atlyginimo apskaičiavimo metodika.

The law or the fund rules must prescribe the remuneration and the expenditure which a management company is empowered to charge to a unit trust and the method of calculation of such remuneration.

3. Tokie subjektai gali būti steigiami remiantis teisės aktais arba pagal sutarčių teisę (kaip bendrieji investiciniai fondai, valdomi valdymo įmonių), arba pagal patikėjimo teisę (kaip patikėjimo fondai), arba pagal įstatus (kaip investicinės bendrovės).

3. Such undertakings may be constituted according to law, either under the law of contract (as common funds managed by management companies) or trust law (as unit trusts) or under statute (as investment companies).

(9) Whereas the reduction of systemic risk requires in particular the finality of settlement and the enforceability of collateral security; whereas collateral security is meant to comprise all means provided by a participant to the other participants in the payment and/or securities settlement systems to secure rights and obligations in connection with that system, including repurchase agreements, statutory liens and fiduciary transfers; whereas regulation in national law of the kind of collateral security which can be used should not be affected by the definition of collateral security in this Directive;

(26) Išlaidų, finansuojamų iš EŽŪGF ir EŽŪFKP, administravimas ir teisėtumo kontrolė yra mokėjimo agentūrų kompetencijos sritis. Todėl už duomenų apie finansines operacijas perdavimą arba suvedimą į kompiuterines sistemas ir atnaujinamą turi būti atsakinga mokėjimo agentūra; tai atlikti gali ji pati arba įstaiga, kuriai tokios funkcijos yra patikėtos, arba prireikus, akredituotas koordinavimo organizacijų tarpininkas.

(26) The paying agencies are responsible for the management and control of the legality of EAGF and EAFRD expenditure. The data on financial transactions must therefore be communicated or entered in the computer systems and updated under the responsibility of the paying agency, by the paying agency itself or the body to which that function has been delegated, where applicable via the accredited coordinating body.
