Komisia predkladá tento predbežný návrh opravného rozpočtu (PNOR) č. 6 na rok 2006 s cieľom zohľadniť nasledujúce výnimočné okolnosti:

The Commission presents this Preliminary Draft Amending Budget (PDAB) No 6 for the year 2006 to take into account the following exceptional circumstances:

V tomto PNOR sa navrhuje zníženie platobných rozpočtových prostriedkov pre výdavkovú kapitolu 2 o 2 500 miliónov EUR. Dôvody tohto zníženia sú tieto.

This PDAB proposes a reduction of EUR 2 500 million in payment appropriations for Heading 2. The justification for this is given below.

V tomto PNOR je uvedený výpočet a financovanie 1. aktualizácie korekcie pre Spojené kráľovstvo za rok 2004, ako aj konečná suma korekcie na rok 2001.

V PNOR sa navrhuje zníženie platobných rozpočtových prostriedkov pre SAPARD v prípade, že ide o výrazné prekročenie rozpočtu pre osem kandidátskych krajín a nedostatočné využitie rozpočtových prostriedkov pre Rumunsko a Bulharsko:

V tabuľke sú uvedené zmeny medzi 1. aktualizáciou korekcie pre Spojené kráľovstvo za rok 2001 zahrnutou v DOR 3/2002 a konečnou sumou korekcie ze rok 2001, ktorá sa má zahrnúť v PNOR 5/2005.

The following table summarises the changes between the 1 st update of the 2001 UK correction entered in the SAB 3/2002 and the definitive amount of the 2001 UK correction to be entered in the PDAB 5/2005.

[4] Viazané rozpočtové prostriedky PNOR 8/2005 vyplývajú z rozpočtových položiek nediferencovaných rozpočtových prostriedkov, kde sa navrhuje zmena pre súvisiace platobné rozpočtové prostriedky. Príslušnými položkami sú 05 01 04 04 a 04 01 04 01.

[4] The commitment appropriations of PDAB 8/2005 derive from the budget lines of non-differentiated appropriations, where a change is proposed for the related payment appropriations. The lines in question are 05 01 04 04 and 04 01 04 01.[5] The EUSF amount is entered over and above the relevant headings as foreseen by the IIA of 7 November 2002 -OJ C 283, 20.11.2002.
