If you choose 'Yes', the default filesystem will be NTFS, which is not as suitable for outer volumes as FAT (for example, the maximum possible size of the hidden volume will be significantly greater if the outer volume is formatted as FAT). Normally, FAT is the default for both hidden and normal volumes (so FAT volumes are not suspicious). However, if the user indicates intent to store files larger than 4 GB (which the FAT file system does not allow), then FAT is not the default.
