This means that the delivered goods (including their packaging) are fit and safe for consumer use and suitable for the use intended by DTBV.

Products will be manufactured at Sellers production facility in Degania, Israel or Gurgaon, India with a ramp-up manufacturing lead time of twelve (12) weeks production, eight (8) weeks transport from India and four (4) weeks safety stock built up totals in a twenty four (24) weeks lead time upon DDP Zoetermeer NL delivery.
