24. Strongly urges the Taliban to comply without preconditions and without further delay with its obligations under Security Council resolution 1267 (1999) and other relevant resolutions;

24 - تحث بشدة الطالبان على الامتثال دون شروط مسبقة ودون مزيد من التأخير لالتزاماتها بموجب قرار مجلس الأمن 1267 (1999) والقرارات الأخرى ذات الصلة؛

Recalling further the 2005 World Summit Outcome, wherein Heads of State and Government, inter alia, urged the States parties to the Convention to fully implement their obligations,

Recalling further the Ceasefire Agreement signed in Lusaka and the Kampala disengagement plan and the obligations of all signatories to those agreements and the obligations deriving from Security Council resolution 1304 (2000),

3. Further commends the Secretary-General for his efforts to mobilize the financial resources necessary to provide the Institute with the core professional staff required to enable it to function effectively in the fulfilment of its mandated obligations;

3 - تثني كذلك على الأمين العام للجهود التي يبذلها لتعبئة الموارد المالية اللازمة لتزويد المعهد بالموظفين الفنيين الأساسيين اللازمين لتمكينه من العمل بفعالية من أجل الوفاء بالالتزامات المنوطة به؛
