The area is restricted in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques to the municipalities or parts of municipalities located on the left bank of the Ousse and then of the Gave de Pau, the Gaves Réunis and after their confluence the Adour, as well as part of the municipality of Lons, located on the right bank of the Gave de Pau.

Az érintett terület Pyrénées-Atlantiques megyében az Ousse, majd a Gave de Pau, a Gaves Réunis és találkozásukat követően az Adour bal partján elhelyezkedő településekre, illetve azok meghatározott részeire, valamint a Gave de Pau jobb partján fekvő Lons település meghatározott részére korlátozódik.
