Myyntituki koskee

The aid for disposal shall concern:

maito-ja maitotuotealan yhteisestä markkinajärjestelystä 27 päivänä kesäkuuta 1968 annetun neuvoston asetuksen (ETY) N:o 804/68(3), sellaisena kuin se on viimeksi muutettuna asetuksella (ETY) N:o 3879/89(4), 11 artiklassa säädetään tuen myöntämisestä mainitun järjestelyn perustamisesta alkaen yhteisössä valmistetulle rasvattomalle maidolle, joka jalostetaan kaseiinin ja kaseinaattien valmistamiseksi; tämä myyntituki takaa kyseisille yhteisön tuottajille samanlaisen markkina-aseman kuin yhteisön ulkopuolisille kaseiinin ja kaseinaattien valmistajille, joiden tuotteita on saatavilla yhteisön markkinoilla maailmanmarkkinahintaan vahvistettujen tullimaksujen vuoksi,

Whereas Article 11 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3879/89 (4), provides for the granting of aid, since the introduction of that organization, for skimmed milk produced in the Community and processed with a view to the manufacture of casein and caseinates; whereas that aid for disposal must ensure for the Community producers concerned a market position identical to that of producers of non-Community casein and caseinates the products of which, following a binding of customs duties, are available on the Community market at the world market price;

Guardia de finanzia tutki Napolin Camorran hallitsemien yritysten harjoittamaa laitonta voin maastavientiä, kyseisen voin väärentämistä käyttämällä sulattamatonta naudanrasvaa, kasviöljyjä ja lipostrol-nimistä kemikaalia, sitä, että lopputuotetta oli myyty kymmeniä tuhansia tonneja useille eurooppalaisille yrityksille ja sitä, miten tuotetta oli käytetty petostarkoituksessa vientitukien ja leipomotuotteiden myyntitukien saamiseksi.

The Guardia de finanzia held an investigation into the illegal import of butter by firms controlled by the Naples Camorra, the adulteration of that butter with unrendered beef fat, vegetable oils and a chemical known as lipostrol, the sale of tens of thousands of tonnes of the finished product to various European companies and lastly the use of this product for the fraudulent use of export refunds and disposal subsidies for pastry goods.

Syrjäisimmille alueille maksettava suora tuki sisällytetään parhaillaan neuvoteltavien POSEI-ohjelmien yhteiseen kehykseen ja suljetaan näin ollen tilatukijärjestelmän ulkopuolelle. Tämän lisäksi Ranskan syrjäisimmille alueille, joille myönnettiin ainoina alueina myyntitukea, myönnetään tuen lisämäärä, joka vastaa nykyisiä myyntitoimenpiteitä viitekaudella.

The direct payment for Outermost Regions will be brought into the single framework for the POSEI, currently under discussion, and will thus be excluded from the single payment scheme. Moreover, the French outermost regions that were the only ones to benefit from disposal aid will receive an additional amount corresponding to current disposal measures under the reference period.

1. Ranskan merentakaisissa departementeissa markkinointivuonna 2005/2006 tuotetulle sokerille, joka puhdistetaan ja/tai kuljetetaan 1 päivän heinäkuuta 2006 ja 31 päivän lokakuuta 2006 välisenä aikana, myönnetään myyntitukea ja lisätukea.

1. Aid for disposal and additional aid shall be granted to sugar produced under quota in the 2005/2006 marketing year in the French overseas departments, refined and/or transported between 1 July 2006 and 31 October 2006.
