considérant que le ministère des affaires étrangères de Belgique a communiqué le texte de la recommandation du 13 juin 1978 aux parties contractantes le 30 juin 1978, avec effet au 1er juillet 1978;

Whereas the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs communicated the text of the recommendation of 13 June 1978 to the Contracting Parties on 30 June 1978, to take effect from 1 July 1978;

La directive 78/548/CEE du Conseil du 12 juin 1978 concernant le rapprochement des législations des États membres relatives au chauffage de l'habitacle des véhicules à moteur(4) a été arrêtée comme l'une des directives particulières de la procédure de réception CE établie par la directive 70/156/CEE du Conseil du 6 février 1970 concernant le rapprochement des législations des États membres relatives à la réception des véhicules à moteur et de leurs remorques(5).

Council Directive 78/548/EEC of 12 June 1978 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to heating systems for the passenger compartment of motor vehicles(4) was adopted as one of the separate directives of the EC type-approval procedure which has been established by Council Directive 70/156/EEC of 6 February 1970 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the type-approval of motor vehicles and their trailers(5).
