(97) Para além disso, em conformidade com as informações obtidas pelos produtores turcos (Beko Elektronik AS) e tailandeses (Thomson Television Thailand) que colaboraram no inquérito, o inquérito demonstrou que as vendas de receptores de televisão a cores originários da Malásia e exportados por estes países eram efectuadas a preços objecto de dumping.

(97) Furthermore, in accordance with the information obtained by the cooperating producers in Turkey (Beko Elektronik AS) and Thailand (Thomson Television Thailand), the investigation showed that significant CTVs sales originating in Malaysia and exported from these countries were made at dumped prices.

(66) Em conformidade com o n.o 11 do artigo 2.o do regulamento de base, a média ponderada mensal do valor normal, por modelo do produto, foi comparada com a média ponderada mensal do preço de exportação por modelo do produto. A margem de dumping, expressa em percentagem do preço cif fronteira comunitária do produto não desalfandegado para a Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, Turquia, é de 69,2%.

(66) According to Article 2(11) of the basic Regulation, the monthly weighted average normal value by product model was compared with the monthly weighted average export price by product model. The dumping margin, expressed as a percentage of the cif price at Community frontier level duty unpaid for Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, Turkey is 69,2%.

(48) Nenhum dos produtores chineses que efectuaram exportações de receptores de televisão a cores para a Comunidade durante o período de inquérito de reexame colaboraram no inquérito. Verificou-se, no entanto, que uma empresa turca que colaborou no inquérito, a Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, havia exportado quantidades significativas de receptores de televisão originários da China. Considerou-se por conseguinte adequado calcular uma margem de dumping individual para esta empresa.

(48) No Chinese producer with exports of CTVs to the Community during the review IP cooperated in the investigation. However, one cooperating Turkish company, Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, was found to be exporting significant quantities of CTVs of Chinese origin. It was, therefore, considered appropriate to calculate an individual dumping margin for this company.

(75) Pelas mesmas razões, foi atribuída a mesma margem de dumping de 21,2% à Thomson Television Thailand, Tailândia e à Beko Elektronik AS, Turquia, relativamente às quais se verificou que haviam exportado receptores de televisão a cores originários da Coreia durante o período de inquérito. Uma comparação entre a média geral dos preços de exportação destes receptores de televisão a cores e o valor normal geral calculado com base nas informações (obtidas durante o inquérito de reexame) respeitantes aos preços, no mercado interno, de receptores de televisão a cores similares vendidos na Coreia, confirmou a existência de práticas de dumping significativas, que correspondem às margens acima referidas.

(75) For the same reasons, the same dumping margin of 21,2% was attributed to Thomson Television Thailand, Thailand and Beko Elektronik AS, Turkey, which were found to export CTVs of Korean origin during the IP. A comparison of the overall average export price of these CTVs with an overall normal value established on the basis of information concerning domestic prices of similar CTVs types sold in Korea, as derived from the review request, confirmed that significant dumping, in line with the abovementioned margins, was taking place.

(79) Pelos mesmos motivos, foi estabelecida a mesma margem de dumping de 25,1% para a Thomson Television Thailand, Tailândia e a Beko Elektronik AS, Turquia, relativamente às quais se verificou que haviam exportado receptores de televisão a cores originários da Malásia durante o período de inquérito. Uma comparação entre a média geral dos preços de exportação destes receptores de televisão a cores e o valor normal geral calculado com base nas informações (obtidas durante o inquérito de reexame) respeitantes aos preços, no mercado interno, de receptores de televisão a cores similares vendidos na Malásia, confirmou a existência de práticas de dumping significativas, que correspondem às margens acima referidas.

(79) For the same reasons, the same dumping margin of 25,1% was attributed to Thomson Television Thailand, Thailand and Beko Elektronik AS, Turkey, which were found to export CTVs of Malaysian origin during the IP. A comparison of the overall average export price of these CTVs with an overall normal value established on the basis of information concerning domestic prices of similar CTVs types sold in Malaysia, as derived from the review request, confirmed that significant dumping, in line with the abovementioned margins, was taking place.
