يجب توفير جميع المياه المستخدمة كمادة خام في صناعة الأغذية المصنعة، أو إعداد المنتج، أو للمعدات أو لتنظيف المصنع بكميات كافية، و أن تكون صالحة للشرب عند نقطة الاستخدام أو لا تشكل أي خطر من التلوث وفقاً للتشريعات المعمول بها.

All water used as a raw material in the manufacture of processed food, the preparation of product, or for equipment or plant cleaning shall be supplied in sufficient quantity, be potable at point of use or pose no risk of contamination according to applicable legislation.

يجب فصل المنتجات الغذائية التي يعتزم توريدها لعلف الحيوانات عن النفايات و إدارتها وفقاً للمتطلبات التشريعية المعنية.

Food products intended to be supplied for animal feed shall be segregated from waste and managed in accordance with relevant legislative requirements.

يجب أن يكون تخطيط المصنع، و تدفق العمليات و تنقل الموظفين كافياً لمنع مخاطر تلوث المنتج و مطابقة التشريعات المعنية.

The factory layout, flow of processes and movement of personnel shall be sufficient to prevent the risk of product contamination and to comply with relevant legislation.

تفاصيل المنظمات الخارجية التي توفر النصيحة و الدعم عند الضرورة, مثل المختبرات المتخصصة و السلطات التشريعية و الخبراء القانونيين.

يجب أن تمتلك الإدارة العليا للشركة نظاماً لضمان إطَّلاع الشركة على التطورات العلمية و التقنية، قوانين الممارسة الصناعية و جميع التشريعات المعنيّة و السارية في بلد توريد المادة الخام، و بلد الإنتاج، و البلد التي سيتم بيع المُنتَج بها.

The company’s senior management shall have a system in place to ensure that the company is kept informed of scientific and technical developments, industry codes of practice and all relevant legislation applicable in the country of raw material supply, production and, where known, the country where the product will be sold.
