DANS LE CAS PREVU AU PARAGRAPHE 2 QUATRIEME TIRET , A LA DEMANDE DE L'EXPORTATEUR , DU DESTINATAIRE OU DE LEUR MANDATAIRE , LE MAINTIEN SOUS CONTROLE EN ATTENDANT LA REGULARISATION DU CERTIFICAT;

IN THE CASE REFERRED TO IN THE FOURTH INDENT OF PARAGRAPH 2 , AT THE REQUEST OF THE CONSIGNOR , THE CONSIGNEE OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE , KEEPING THE ANIMALS UNDER SUPERVISION PENDING CLEARANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE;

DANS LE CAS OU LA PRESTATION DOIT ETRE REDUITE , L'INSTITUTION DU LIEU OU S'EST RENDU LE CHOMEUR CONTINUE A LUI VERSER UNE PART REDUITE DE LA PRESTATION SOUS RESERVE DE REGULARISATION , APRES RECEPTION DE LA REPONSE DE L'INSTITUTION COMPETENTE.

Where the benefit has to be reduced, the institution of the place to which the unemployed person has gone shall continue to pay him a reduced amount of benefit, subject to adjustment, after receipt of the reply from the competent institution.

Les États membres octroient une aide spécifique aux groupements ou unions de groupements de producteurs d'olives de table relevant des codes NC 0709 90 31, 0709 90 39, 0710 80 10, 0711 20, ex 0712 90 90, ex 2001 90 80, ex 2004 90 30 et 2005 70 00, qui répondent aux conditions énoncées à l'article 5 et à l'article 6 paragraphes 1 et 2 du règlement (CEE) no 1360/78 (3) et qui constituent un fonds de roulement ayant pour objectif de regulariser l'offre en assurant notamment le financement du stockage nécessaire à une mise sur le marché appropriée du produit.

Member States shall grant specific aid to groups or associations thereof of producers of table olives falling within CN codes 0709 90 31, 0709 90 39, 0710 80 10, 0711 20, ex 0712 90 90, ex 2001 90 80, ex 2004 90 30 and 2005 70 00 which fulfil the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1360/78 (3) and which constitute working capital with the objective of stabilizing supply by ensuring in particular the financing of storage required for the suitable release to the market of the product.

Les États membres octroient une aide spécifique aux groupements ou unions de groupements de producteurs d'olives de table relevant des codes NC 0709 90 31, 0709 90 39, 0710 80 10, 0711 20, ex 0712 90 90, ex 2001 90 80, ex 2004 90 30 et 2005 70 00, qui répondent aux conditions énoncées à l'article 5 et à l'article 6 paragraphes 1 et 2 du règlement (CEE) no 1360/78 (3) et qui constituent un fonds de roulement ayant pour objectif de regulariser l'offre en assurant notamment le financement du stockage nécessaire à une mise sur le marché appropriée du produit.

1.
