la riforma del diritto societario e le modifiche dalla stessa apportate al Codice Civile rendono da un lato necessario e dall'altro utile procedere alla rivisitazione dello Statuto della Vostra Società.

In merito al terzo punto all’ordine del giorno, il Presidente rende nota la necessità di proporre all’Assemblea dei soci di deliberare sulla modifica di alcuni articoli dello Statuto sociale.

Pare che la chiesetta durante le visite pastorali di <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> (seconda metà del cinquecento) fosse ancora a tre navate, mentre nel XVIII secolo si ha notizia di un impianto con sole due navate.

It seems that during the pastoral visits of <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> (second half of the sixteenth century) the little church still had three naves, but in the 18th century there is information to suggest a layout of just two naves.

l’area, infatti, era quella della chiesa attuale, ma la sua struttura venne modificata nel secolo XVIII.

in fact, the area was where the current church stands but its structure was modified in the eighteenth century.

Il cantiere fu poi affidato a vari architetti e solo agli inizi del sec. XVIII il coronamento mistileneo della facciata (<PROTECTED>) concluse i lavori.

The building site was then handed over to several architects and only at the beginning of the 18th century the mixtilinear crowning of the facade (<PROTECTED>) concluded the works.

Lo chalet è stato da poco ricostruito recuperando fedelmente lo stile architettonico e costruttivo della preesistente struttura del XVIII secolo.

The chalet has recently been rebuilt, faithfully restoring the architectural style and using the building techniques of the original 18th century structure.

La chiesa attuale è frutto di un rifacimento settecentesco secondo un modello consueto di oratorio di ambito milanese del XVIII secolo.

The current church is the result of 18th Century refurbishment work completed according to the usual oratory model in and around Milan during the 18th Century.

Considerato come una delle migliori espressioni dell'architettura neoclassica a Milano, <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> è stato progettato nella seconda metà del XVIII secolo dal <PROTECTED> per il principe <PROTECTED> di <PROTECTED> d'<PROTECTED>.

<PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> was designed by <PROTECTED> in the second half of the 18th century for Prince <PROTECTED> di <PROTECTED> d'<PROTECTED> and is considered one of the best examples of neoclassical architecture in Milan.

Con riferimento al primo immobile, riferisce l’AD, si tratta di un edificio d’epoca risalente alla fine del XVIII secolo, ubicato nel pieno centro di Roma, in <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED>.

With regard to the first property, the MD reports that it is an 18th-century building in <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED> in the historic centre of Rome.
