在任何情况下，DTBV有权取消已确认的订单，但必须以书面形式取消该订单，并就卖方实际发生的所有合理的直接费用向卖方提供补偿。

DTBV IS ENTITLED AT ALL TIMES TO CANCEL CONFIRMED ORDERS, PROVIDED THAT THE CANCELLATION IS IN WRITING AND THE SELLER IS OFFERED REIMBURSEMENT OF ALL DIRECT COSTS REASONABLY AND ACTUALLY INCURRED BY IT.
