The SUPPLIER shall draft, in cooperation with the PURCHASER, a training plan on the basis of the below-mentioned information in good time before the training commences:

作为一般规则，教员总是由来自供应商的最精通培训所涉及的技术和培训主题的合适专家担任。

As a general rule the teacher is always the SUPPLIER's suitable expert who best masters the technology and subject in question.

采购商有权要求重新安排进行任何学员不满意或认为不足的培训，并纠正不足之外，且不得另收培训费。

The PURCHASER has the right to demand any unsatisfactory or insufficient training to be rearranged and the deficiencies corrected, at no extra cost.

拟根据本附件提供的服务包括以下内容：

本协议不得修订或修改，除非以书面形式作出修订或修改，并经双方的正式授权代表签字确认。

This Agreement shall not be amended, or modified, except in writing signed by duly authorised representatives of both parties.

本协议不包含暗示双方已建立合资企业或合伙企业，或一方是另一方的合伙人、代理人或法人代表的内容。

Nothing contained or implied in this Agreement creates a joint venture or partnership between the parties or constitutes a party the partner, agent, or legal representative of another partv.

如果如果任何一方发生破产事件，则另一方有权立即以书面形式通知发生破产事件的一方终止本协议。

If an Insolvency Event occurs in respect of a party then the other party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice of termination to that party.
