Het Comité voor het Monetaire Beleid( MPC) brengt voornamelijk advies uit met betrekking tot strategische en langere-termijnaangelegenheden die verband houden met het vaststellen van het monetaire en wisselkoersbeleid en is verantwoordelijk voor de door medewerkers van het Eurosysteem samengestelde projecties.

De verbindingen moeten worden onderhouden met voor het vervoer van personen gecertificeerde vliegtuigen, waarbij erop zij gewezen dat zij tevens dienen te voldoen aan de technische en operationele eisen die het mogelijk maakt te vliegen op luchthavens met beperkingen ten aanzien van nachtvluchten. Bij de vliegoperaties op de luchthavens van de Autonome regio Azoren dienen de in "Aeronautical Information of Portugal" (AIP) en het "Civil Pilot Manual" (MPC) gepubliceerde voorwaarden in acht te worden genomen.

The services must be operated using aircraft which have been duly certified for passenger flights and meet the technical and operational requirements which allow them to land at aerodromes with night flight restrictions. Services to and from the aerodromes and airports of the Autonomous Region of the Azores must be operated in accordance with the conditions laid down in the "Aeronautical Information of Portugal" (AIP) and the "Manual Pilot Civil" (MPC).
