Next to being the overall winner of the <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED>, <PROTECTED> #1 also won the first prize in the categories Presentation (looks) and Flavour.

Niet alleen werd <PROTECTED> #1 uitgeroepen tot algemeen winnaar van de <PROTECTED> <PROTECTED>, ook won het de eerste prijs in de categorie Presentatie (looks) en in de categorie Smaak.

De derde overweging is dat de ervaring heeft aangetoond dat pogingen om een gecentraliseerd industriebeleid op nationaal en Europees niveau ten uitvoer te leggen volgens het " pick the winner " -principe niet bevorderend zijn voor innovatie.

The third consideration is that the attempt to put a centrally regulated industrial policy into effect at national or European level according to the 'pick the winner'principle has not, according to experience, had the effect of promoting innovation.

We do not operate a ʼwinner takes all' system; our system is that the various groups are fairly represented in the share-out of responsibilities and the vote we are about to have on Parliament's vice-presidents proves that, since the various groups have all agreed that candidates from smaller groups should also have a chance.

No aplicamos el sistema de the winner takes all, sino que aplicamos el sistema de representación proporcional entre los diferentes Grupos en el reparto de los mandatos, tal y como demuestra el voto que vamos a emitir para elegir a los vicepresidentes de este Parlamento, puesto que los candidatos de Grupos pequeños también tendrán una oportunidad gracias a un acuerdo entre los diferentes Grupos.

1.3 Het CvdR bepleit nadrukkelijker aansluiting te zoeken bij het regionaal innovatiebeleid van de EC, dat eveneens sterk gericht is op het stimuleren van clusters en nieuwe vormen van samenwerking. Er is in Europa al een aantal goede voorbeelden te noemen van het samenspel tussen EC en de regio's, wij verwijzen bijvoorbeeld naar het Actieprogramma Innovatie Noord-Brabant 2005-2010, "Connecting, creating and enabling winners".

1.3 The CoR calls for more vigorous efforts to be made to tie in with the European Commission's regional innovation policy, which also focuses on promoting the establishment of clusters and new forms of cooperation. Within the EU, there is already a number of good examples of cooperation between the European Commission and the regions; attention may be drawn in this context to the Noord-Brabant Innovation Act Programme 2005-2010 entitled "Connecting, creating and enabling winners".
