PACKAGES, OR LOTS IF THE PRODUCE IS TRANSPORTED IN BULK, MUST BE FREE OF ALL FOREIGN MATTER .

La loi n° 65-655 du 10 juillet 1965, qui accorde aux français, exerçant ou ayant exerce à l'etranger une activité professionnelle, la faculté d'accession au régime de l'assurance volontaire vieillesse, est appliquée aux ressortissants des autres États membres dans les conditions suivantes:

Law No 65-655 of 10 July 1965 which grants to French nationals who are pursuing, or who have pursued, a professional or trade activity abroad the right to join the voluntary old-age insurance scheme, shall apply to nationals of other Member States under the following conditions:

LES LISTES ET ANNUAIRES D'HOTELS ETRANGERS PUBLIES PAR LES ORGANISMES OFFICIELS DE TOURISME OU SOUS LEUR PATRONAGE ET LES INDICATEURS D'HORAIRES RELATIFS A DES SERVICES DE TRANSPORT EXPLOITES A L'ETRANGER , LORSQUE CES DOCUMENTS SONT DESTINES A ETRE DISTRIBUES GRATUITEMENT ET NE CONTIENNENT PAS PLUS DE 25 % DE PUBLICITE COMMERCIALE PRIVEE;

FOREIGN HOTEL LISTS AND YEARBOOKS PUBLISHED BY OFFICIAL TOURIST AGENCIES , OR UNDER THEIR AUSPICES , AND TIMETABLES FOR FOREIGN TRANSPORT SERVICES , PROVIDED THAT SUCH LITERATURE IS INTENDED FOR DISTRIBUTION FREE OF CHARGE AND CONTAINS NOT MORE THAN 25 % OF PRIVATE COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING;

B) LES LISTES ET ANNUAIRES D'HOTELS ETRANGERS PUBLIES PAR LES ORGANISMES OFFICIELS DE TOURISME OU SOUS LEUR PATRONAGE ET LES INDICATEURS D'HORAIRES RELATIFS A DES SERVICES DE TRANSPORT EXPLOITES A L'ETRANGER, LORSQUE CES DOCUMENTS SONT DESTINES A ETRE DISTRIBUES GRATUITEMENT ET NE CONTIENNENT PAS PLUS DE 25% DE PUBLICITE COMMERCIALE PRIVEE;
