("Barclays Private Equity", UK) controlled by Barclays Bank plc ("Barclays", UK) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation via an acquisition vehicle control of the whole of TUJA Holding GmbH ("TUJA", Germany) by way of purchase of shares.
