Y en tercer lugar, sigo opinando que, en cuanto al asilo político, se debe introducir un principio de territorialidad, por el que los auténticos refugiados políticos- y eso es sólo una pequeñísima parte del total- no se acojan en Europa, sino por ejemplo en los países vecinos en el mismo continente, preferiblemente en países con una cultura en esencia igual que la del país de procedencia.
