Je me réjouis particulièrement du fait que l'Autriche ait ancré des mesures spécifiques en faveur de l'égalité des chances dans son programme national pour l'emploi destiné à mettre en oeuvre les lignes directrices de l'UE en matière d'emploi, mesures qui ne sont pas seulement prises en considération dans le quatrième pilier du NAP mais aussi dans les autres piliers, conformément au concept du gender mainstreaming .

I am pleased that, in implementing the EU's Employment Guidelines, Austria has included, in its National Action Plan for employment, special measures to create equality, measures which are taken into account not only in Chapter IV of the NAP but, in the spirit of the gender mainstreaming programme, also in the other chapters.
