Questo sistema prevede per 11 paesi latino-americani, gli unici per quali chiediamo l' esclusione, la possibilità di esportare nell' Unione europea 20.000 tonnellate all' anno di « loins » e conserve di tonno, pescato, come dice il regolamento, nelle loro acque.
