و كما هو الحال في جميع مستشفيات MSF في أفغانستان، سيتم فرض سياسة صارم لمنع دخول الأسلحة لضمان سلامة و أمان المرضى.

As in all MSF hospitals in Afghanistan, a strict no-weapons policy will be enforced to ensure patient safety and security.

إذا كانت مرافق غسل الأيدي في المراحيض هي الوحيدة المتوفرة قبل الدخول لمناطق الإنتاج، فيجب تطبيق متطلبات البند 4.8.6 كما يجب وجود لافتات لتوجيه الناس إلى مرافق غسيل الأيدي قبل دخول مناطق الإنتاج.

Where hand-washing facilities within toilet facilities are the only facilities provided before re-entering production, the requirements of 4.8.6 shall apply and signs shall be in place to direct people to hand-wash facilities before entering production.

يجب أن يكون جميع المتعهدين و الزوار بما فيهم السائقين مدركين لإجراءات الدخول إلي المباني و متطلبات المناطق التي يزورونها, مع الإشارة الخاصة إلى المخاطر و احتمال تلوث المنتج.

Contractors and visitors, including drivers, shall be made aware of all procedures for access to premises and the requirements of the areas they are visiting, with special reference to hazards and potential product contamination.

إذا كان من الضروري السماح بالدخول عبر مناطق الإنتاج, فيحب عمل مماشي محددة للتأكد من وجود عزل كافي بعيداً عن المواد.

If it is necessary to allow access through production areas, designated walkways shall be provided that ensure there is adequate segregation from materials.
