供应商的场地管理人员应在安装工作开始前2-4周与采购商的总联系人联系，并就第一次现场会议的安排进行协商。

The SUPPLIER’s site manager shall contact the PURCHASER’s chief contact person 2-4 weeks before the commencement of the erection works, in order to agree on arranging the first site meeting.

1 安装工作人员

培训的目的是帮助采购商的工作人员提高已交付产品的操作、维修和保养技术。

The purpose of training is to provide the PURCHASER’s personnel with sufficient skills for the operation, service and maintenance of the DELIVERY.

供应商应对每周需要的安装工作人员的人数进行初步估计，并报告每周的实际安装工作人员人数。

The SUPPLIER shall give a preliminary estimate of the weekly number of his erection personnel and submit a weekly report of the actual number of personnel.

The purpose of training is to provide the PURCHASER’s personnel with sufficient skills for the operation, service and maintenance of the DELIVERY.

此费用上限仅适用于4名香港工作人员每人在上海停留的总时间不超过103天的情况。

This cap only applies if the total time spent in Shanghai by the 4 Hong Kong staff does not come to more than 103 days each.

如果4名香港工作人员中的任何一名被要求在上海停留103天以上，则额外费用将根据其每日的费用收取。

If any of the 4 Hong Kong are required to stay in Shanghai for more than 103 days each an additional charge will be levied based on their daily rate.
