43．深为关切地认识到反犹太主义、仇视基督教和仇视伊斯兰教的现象在世界各地抬头，并出现了针对阿拉伯人、基督徒、犹太人和穆斯林族群以及所有宗教信仰族群、非裔族群、亚裔族群、土著族群及其他族群的基于种族主义和歧视思想的种族和暴力运动；

43. Recognizes with deep concern the increase in anti-Semitism, Christianophobia and Islamophobia in various parts of the world, as well as the emergence of racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed against Arab, Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities, as well as all religious communities, communities of people of African descent, communities of people of Asian descent, communities of indigenous people and other communities;

(f) 在法律和实践中，消除基于宗教、族裔或语言、针对包括阿拉伯人、阿泽里人、巴哈教徒、俾路支人、库尔德人、基督教徒、犹太人、苏非派人和逊尼派穆斯林在内的少数群体成员的一切形式的歧视和其他侵犯人权行为，不因个人宗教信仰而对其进行监视，确保少数群体有机会受到与所有伊朗人相等的教育，并在少数群体充分参与的情况下，开诚布公地处理这一问题；在其他方面确保充分尊重所有人的思想自由、良心自由、宗教或信仰自由，执行宗教不容忍问题特别报告员1996年的报告， 其中对伊朗伊斯兰共和国解放巴哈教徒的途径提出了建议；

(f) To eliminate, in law and in practice, all forms of discrimination based on religious, ethnic or linguistic grounds and other human rights violations against persons belonging to minorities, including Arabs, Azeris, Baha'is, Baluchis, Kurds, Christians, Jews, Sufis and Sunni Muslims, to refrain from monitoring individuals on the basis of their religious beliefs, to ensure that minorities' access to education is on a par with that of all Iranians and to address these matters in an open manner, with the full participation of the minorities themselves, to otherwise ensure full respect for the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief of all persons, and to implement the 1996 report of the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance, which recommended ways in which the Islamic Republic of Iran could emancipate the Baha'i community;
