本协议项下的任何通知一旦以挂号信或（预付邮资的）确认投递信件的方式寄往本协议第一段所载的被通知人地址、另一方的注册办事处地址，或一方以书面形式向通知方提供的其他地址，即应视为送达。

Any notice to be given under this Agreement shall be deemed to be sufficiently given for all purposes if sent by registered mail or recorded delivery post (postage prepaid) addressed to the party to be notified at its address shown at the beginning of this Agreement, at its registered office, or at such other address as may be furnished for the purpose in writing to die notifying party.

Seller guarantees die fulfillment of obligations by third parties on the Seller's part (such as employees of the Seller or third parties (i.e.: contractors and/or suppliers to Seller), or their employees used directly or indirectly by the Seller), in the same way as it guarantees the fulfillment of all of its own obligations under this Agreement.

双方同意其不会将对方的任何机密信息披露给任何第三方（其必须知晓此等机密信息的员工除外），而且其使用机密信息的目的仅限于履行其在本协议项下的义务。

The Parties agree not to disclose any Confidential Information to any third party (other than its employees who are required to know the same) or use it for any purpose other than to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

关于本协议下与仲裁相关的所有事宜，所有当事人拒绝和放弃香港法律仲裁条例第341章第23条项下的上诉权和该条例第23A条项下的申请权，特此证明。

Initially, only the Buyer ordering the Products from the Seller shall be responsible for payment therefore.

即已交付的货物（包括其包装）适合消费者安全使用，并适合用于DTBV期望的使用目的。

This means that the delivered goods (including their packaging) are fit and safe for consumer use and suitable for the use intended by DTBV.

买方应维持只有本条款项下的参数可指数化的公司政策不变。

Buyer maintains the corporate policy that only the parameters under this clause can be indexated.

不允许调整与本协议项下的、已经履行的、并对双方发生了约束力的订购单有关的价格。

A Price Adjustment shall not be permissible with respect to the performance of Purchase Orders that have already become binding under this Agreement.

如果已交付的产品不符合本协议规定的要求，在不影响声言在适用的法律或本合同项下的任何其他权利的情况下，卖方应当应买方的要求，采取必要的措施（如换货或修理）使已交付的产品符合本合同规定的要求。

If the delivered Products do not conform to the requirements as stipulated in the Agreement, the Seller shall, upon the Buyer’s request, replace or repair die Products as necessary to make them compliant with the requirements of the Contract, without prejudice to its any other rights under applicable by laws or under the Contract.
