Should the dispute fails to be resolved after negotiations, each of the parties submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Governing Courts at the location of Deutsche.

“管辖法院”是指中国法院;

A.在所有卖方的住所位于《民商事司法管辖权和判决执行公约》缔约国的情况下（该条约由欧洲经济共同体与欧洲自由贸易联盟于1988年9月16日在卢加诺缔结），由荷兰阿姆斯特丹有管辖权的法院解决。
