Article 52 1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. 2. It shall apply to licences and certificates applied for from 1 October 2000. However: - Article 35(3) shall apply to licences and certificates issued from 1 July 2000, - Annex III shall apply from 1 October 2000. At the request of the parties concerned, Article 25(6) and Article 35(4)(d) may continue to be applied to dossiers still open on 1 October 2000.
